Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

All damages or order errors must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, or a refund cannot be granted. Return shipping will be provided for any order errors or warranty items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable, including customized products, digital downloads, and perishable goods (if applicable).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@soukaway.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address and any other necessary details.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

If your return is approved, but you want to exchange the item, we will ship out your new item once the original item has been received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@soukaway.com with a description and, if possible, a photo of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund for any damaged or defective items, including the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@soukaway.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@soukaway.com and follow the return procedure

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

Final Sale Items

Certain items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
